The machines from Qprime's B line are automated to ensure uniform and rapid drying, aiming for fuel efficiency and product quality. It consists of three main systems controlled by a panel developed by QPrime.
The ignition system is activated whenever the temperature falls below the set point, which is measured through a temperature sensor placed inside the drying chamber. In this way, the gas valve opens, and the coil generates a spark to ignite the burner, which then heats the heat pipes that transfer heat to the interior of the chamber. Combustion gases are expelled outside the machine.
The humidity system is activated when the humidity sensor detects humidity above the set point. It triggers an exhaust fan that introduces fresh air into the chamber, preventing the internal air from becoming saturated.
The ventilation system is activated when the machine starts its operation and remains on until the end of the process.
